Annotation	The substance abuse – drog, alcohol and tobacco- in the Czech Republic is a serious multidimensional and multilayered problem. The Czech Republic has an elaborate system of theoretical approach to the problem. Strategic techniques were formed in the national antidrug policy strategy for the period 2010 - 2018, which among other things, determine the basic direction of solving the problem. The four strategic objectives are to reduce the current level of experimental and occasional use of drugs, particularly among young people, reduce the level of problematic and intense drug use, reduce potential risks associated with usage of drugs for the individuals as well as society, and to reduce the availability of drugs, especially to young people. The research focused on primary school pupils, pupils in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades - children from the south bohemian region. The battery of questions in a form of questionnary was designed to determine as much as possible, correlation with the basic direction of the national antidrug strategy. Questions focused on experience with the use of illegal drugs, children's subjective opinion, their perception on the risks that are associated with drug use, and the reasons which led them to use drugs. In regards with the request for supply reduction, I focused on the subjective perception of the availability of drugs in the school environment
